Edge Automation was not able to connect to the database configured in netDbMgr. This can happen due to one or more of these conditions - DNS resolution failure, route lookup failure, a network connectivity issue, remote host being down, the remote database not accepting connections, authentication failure, improper communication of database state between netDbMgr and edgeauo.
Check if the database is configured correctly on netDbMgr. Check the output of 'show automation edge database' and 'show database' to see if the database state is consistent across both these outputs. If the database states are inconsistent, disconnect edgeauto from database using the 'configure automation edge disconnect database' command and reconnect edgeauto to the database using 'configure automation edge connect database' command. If the issue persists, try restarting netDbMgr and edgeauto.
